Vintony Host is a pre-launch cloud hosting company planning shared hosting, VPS, managed cloud, dedicated servers, object storage, managed databases, and domain registration. We are aiming at engineers and small teams who want predictable pricing. Vintony Host is a small UK-run brand in preview: we are not yet taking orders, payments are not live, and we hold no third-party security certifications.

## What is true today and what is planned

- Planned: automated provisioning. We have not published provisioning times.
- Servers rented from Hetzner in Europe, behind Cloudflare for DNS, caching and DDoS filtering.
- Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes; optional two-factor authentication; account audit log.
- Planned: online resize of vCPU, RAM, and storage. We have not published pause measurements.

## Where we run

Vintony Host is run from the United Kingdom. The website, application and database run on servers rented from Hetzner in Europe, behind Cloudflare. We do not operate data centres in other regions today.

## FAQ

### Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?

Not yet. Vintony is in a pre-launch phase and is not taking orders, so there is nothing to refund today. A trial is planned for launch. The planned refund terms are in section 6 of our Terms: a 30-day money-back on first purchases of shared, VPS and managed cloud plans once orders open.

### How fast can I get a server provisioned?

We are not provisioning customer servers yet. Provisioning times for each product are planned to be published at launch. For Dedicated servers we plan to email you the IPMI credentials once the server is ready.

### Do you offer free migrations from another host?

Migration help is planned for launch. Which plans include it, and what it covers, will be published before orders open.

### Which control panel do you use?

The plan is for Shared hosting to be managed from the Vintony dashboard, aimed at Next.js, WordPress, and Laravel workloads. VPS and Dedicated servers are planned to ship clean, so you choose the OS image and tooling.

### What about DDoS protection?

The website sits behind Cloudflare, which filters common abusive traffic. We do not publish a mitigation capacity figure, so ask us what applies to your workload before you rely on it.

### Can I scale up without downtime?

Vertical scaling (more RAM and vCPU) is planned for VPS and Managed Cloud plans. How much interruption to expect during a resize will be published once the feature is live, not before.

### Do you support cryptocurrency payments?

No. At launch we plan to take card payments through Stripe. There is no cryptocurrency option.

### What's the difference between Managed Cloud and VPS?

VPS is planned as unmanaged: you get root and we get out of the way. Managed Cloud is planned to cover the OS, runtime, web server, security patches, and monitoring, so you just push code.
