Remote-first across timezones
UK, EU, and Asia overlap so incidents aren't owned by a single sleepy person.

Per-second metrics on everything we run. If you ship something dark, you'll get a friendly nudge.
Short feedback loops
Code review in hours, not days. Deploys go out the day they're merged unless you specifically want a window.
Open roles
Senior backend engineer (TypeScript / Go)
Remote · UK / EU
You'll work on the orchestration plane, the provisioning API, and the billing engine. Strong opinions on observability and testing welcome.
Customer support engineer
Remote · EU / Asia
First-line support that reads logs. Strong shell + Linux fluency required; HTML/CSS for landing pages is a plus.
Sales lead (founder-friendly)
Remote · UK preferred
Help us build the enterprise sales motion from zero. You'll write the playbooks.
