Refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee
What's covered, what's not, and how fast we process refunds.

First-time orders of shared, VPS, and managed cloud plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email billing@vintonyhost.com within 30 days of your first purchase and we'll refund in full to the original payment method.
Not covered: dedicated server orders, domain registrations, SSL certificates. These are non-refundable once provisioned — industry standard, and the underlying registry/CA terms force our hand.
Processing time: refunds are issued within one business day of the request. Your bank or card issuer typically takes 5–10 business days to land the money back on the card. We don't keep refunded amounts as account credit unless you specifically ask us to.
Service credits (the SLA mechanism for missed uptime) are different from refunds; they apply to your next invoice automatically and represent your exclusive remedy for SLA breaches under the Terms.
