Moving from another host
Free migrations on Pro and above. Here's what we do, in order.

Pro plans and above include a free migration done by our engineers. You give us read-only credentials to your current host, pick a maintenance window, and we run the cutover with rollback ready.
Pre-migration: we replicate your files and database into a staging slot inside Vintony, with the same domain pointed at a temporary subdomain. You spot-check the staging copy; we fix anything that's off.
Cutover: at your chosen time (usually a low-traffic 30-minute window), we flip the DNS to point at Vintony. TTLs are dropped a day in advance so propagation is fast. We watch the logs in real time for any 5xx burst.
Post-migration: we leave the staging slot running for 72 hours in case rollback is needed. After 72 hours of clean traffic, we tear down the temporary infrastructure. The whole process is invisible to your customers if executed cleanly.
