Managed Databases at Vintony cover the three engines that handle 95% of real workloads: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis. Each cluster is provisioned with a primary plus one or more read replicas, with point-in-time recovery, automated backups, and one-click engine upgrades.
We tune for production from minute one. Default parameters are Postgres-team-approved (effective_cache_size, work_mem, autovacuum thresholds) for the instance size you pick. Connection pooling via PgBouncer is bundled. Slow-query logging is on by default and surfaced in the dashboard.
What's included
HA out of the box
Synchronous replica failover within 60 seconds. You don't operate Patroni; we do.
Point-in-time recovery
WAL archives every 5 seconds; restore to any second within the retention window. Defaults to 7 days; configurable to 30.
Online major-version upgrades
Logical replication-based major-version moves; we pre-test against your real schema and ship when you sign off.
Connection pooling included
PgBouncer (Postgres) and ProxySQL (MySQL) bundled. No separate billing line, no separate ops surface.
